Best Practices in Managing a Proposal Center

A Global Proposal Management team enables sales to drive revenue by producing timely, comprehensive, innovative and persuasive customer quotes and proposals. Within this presentation, the core elements of a proposal will be defined and discussed. In addition, the overall process and alignment to the sales process will be reviewed. Specific topics include: quote, RFP/bid, content management, risk assessment to make bid/no bid decisions, differences between centralized and non-centralized proposal centers, and how companies can use Sant Suite as a best practice within their RFP Management process.
