This privacy policy applies to Personal Data collected on or through the Sant website ("Site"), On-Demand Service or Hosted Service ("Service") concerning the Site and or Service visitors and users, including customers ("User(s)", "You", or "Your").

Sant website ("Site") means the Sant company website that can be found at www.santcorp.com.

On-Demand Service or Hosted Service ("Service") is defined as a Sant provided facility that will provide either Sant On-Demand software as a service or hosting of Customer Sant Suite software and Customer Data.

Personal Data ("Personal Data") is defined as information relating to an identified or identifiable person. An identifiable person is a person who can be indentified, directly or indirectly, in a particular reference to an identification number to one or more factors specific to the person.

Non-Personal Data is defined as any information which does not result in the identification of a person.

Information may be either Personal Data or Non-Personal Data.

Customer Data is defined as information provided by Customers.

Information Collected:

The Sant website collects the following Personal Data:

• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Title

The Sant On-Demand and Hosted Services collect the following Personal Data:

• Name
• Company
• Address
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Job Title

Use of Information Collected:

As part of Sant's On-Demand and Hosted Services, customers are allowed to upload data into Sant servers. This service is hosted in the United States but accessed internationally. In this context, Sant acts as a processor and does not control customer's data. The personal information entered into this system is business contact information.

Whether you use the Sant website or Sant's On-Demand and Hosted Services, Sant collects and uses the information to:

• rrespond to your requests
• make current marketing and sales initiatives relevant to your needs
• communicate product or service information
• provide service and support
• communicate significant website or web content changes
• inform you of future conferences, events, etc.
• deliver product
• receive documents from Sant's Services
• manage pages accessed and visited

Sharing of Information Collected:

Sant does not sell, trade, or rent your Personal Data to others. Unless Sant has Your permission or is required to do so by law, Sant will only share the Personal Data You provide online with Sant entities and / or business partners who are acting on Sant's behalf to complete the activities described above (see "Use of Information Collected"). Such Sant entities and/or business partners are governed by our privacy policies with respect to the use of Personal Data.

When customers use Sant's On-Demand or Hosted Services to host their data, Sant will not review, share, distribute, or reference this Customer Data, except as provided in the Sant On-Demand or Hosted Services Agreements.

Cookies:

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by Your browser on Your computer's hard drive. Sant's cookies do not contain any personally identifying information, but do enable us to recognize that You are a returning visitor, user, and/or customer to our Site or Service. Sant uses cookies to record user-specific information concerning the pages users access or visit and to record past activity at the site to provide better service to returning visitors.

Data Security:

Sant maintains reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect Personal Data from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alternation, and destruction. Sant hosts its Website and On-Demand and Hosted Services in a secure server environment that uses firewalls and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. Sant also offers enhanced security features within the Service that permits Customers to configure security settings to the level they deem necessary.

Your Consent:

By visiting the Site and/or utilizing the Services, You are accepting the policies that are described in this Privacy Statement and consenting to the collection and use of information by Sant.

Changes to this Privacy Statement:

Sant reserves the right to change this Privacy Statement. Sant will provide notification of the material changes to this Privacy Statement through the Company's Site at thirty (30) days prior to the change taking effect.

Choice - Right of Access, Correct and Update Personal Data:

You have the right to access your Personal Data, as well as a right to correct, update, or have Your Personal Data removed. You also have the right to obtain a copy of the Personal Data held by Sant.

Safe Harbor:

Sant abides by the Safe Harbor framework as set forth by the United States Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of information collected from the European Union. Sant complies with the requirements of the Safe Harbor Act and annually files the appropriate certification with the United States Department of Commerce.

Enforcement:

Sant uses a self-assessment approach to ensure compliance with this Privacy Statement and periodically verifies that the policy is accurate, comprehensive for the information intended to be covered, prominently displayed, completely implemented, and accessible.

We encourage interested persons to raise concerns using the contact information provided, and Sant will investigate and attempt to resolve any complaints and disputes regarding use and disclosure of Personal Data.
