Sant Appoints David Blume to Vice President of European Operations
Current European VP Keith Norrie to become Vice President of Product Management
CINCINNATI and LONDON; November 27, 2007... The Sant Corporation, a world leader in proposal and sales document automation software, today announces that David Blume has been appointed to Vice President of European Operations. Keith Norrie, the company’s current European VP, has been named Vice President of Product Management to advance Sant’s product evolution and strategy in meeting market demands. Blume and Norrie will assume their new roles on January 1, 2008, and serve on Sant’s management team reporting directly to Lewie Miller, President of The Sant Corporation.
Norrie contributes 15 years of experience to his role as Vice President of Product Management. He has led Sant’s European operations since 2002 and was instrumental in sustaining annual revenue growth. Norrie will play the lead role in assessing Sant’s user community needs while shaping the future of Sant Suite. He will be responsible for Sant’s product development roadmap, market and customer analysis, competitive analysis, release management, and customer focus group coordination. Norrie is in the process of relocating from the UK to Sant’s corporate headquarters in Cincinnati.

Blume presents 18 years of software solutions sales and management experience. In his previous two positions, he was responsible for European operations of US-based software companies. Blume joined Sant in January 2007 as a national account manager for European sales. His responsibilities include European P&L, budgeting, sales and implementation personnel, and regional customer satisfaction.
