The Sant Corporation Releases Sant Suite 7.2
New Version Includes Enhancements to PresentationBuilder and a New ProSearch Toolbar
CINCINNATI; November 15, 2005... The Sant Corporation, a world leader in proposal and sales document automation software, today announces the release of Sant SuiteTM 7.2. The new version contains powerful improvements to the PresentationBuilderTM application enabling customers to quickly and easily create sophisticated PowerPoint presentations and pitchbooks. Sant Suite 7.2 also includes a new ProSearchTM Toolbar for customers who choose to search their Sant Suite database directly within Microsoft® Office Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, or any other application.
Sant Suite consists of four applications seamlessly integrated into one product: ProposalMasterTM, RFPMasterTM, PresentationBuilderTM, and ProSearchTM. The majority of new features in Sant Suite 7.2 apply to PresentationBuilder and ProSearch.
PresentationBuilder stores PowerPoint slides in a central database globally accessible to users. Major enhancements to PresentationBuilder include the following abilities:
- Guide the user through a series of intuitive screens, automatically select the appropriate slides, and assemble them in a correct order for a complete presentation.
- Users can select information (customer needs, industry, products, etc.) that is automatically merged as content into a slide. This ultimately leads to highly customized presentations for each opportunity.
- Rapidly search the database for individual slides or sets of slides.
PresentationBuilder ensures all presentations contain accurate, approved content with a consistent look and feel.
The new ProSearch Toolbar is an application that connects to Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer, or any other program. It’s a fast way to search the Sant Suite database for answers to common questions. Users simply highlight the question in their document, choose from four search options, and insert the answer into the connected document or file. Customers typically use ProSearch when responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), questions received via email, and much more.
