Sant Named as Finalist in American Business Awards for Best Customer Service Organization

CINCINNATI; June 20, 2007... The Sant Corporation, a world leader in proposal and sales document automation software, was named a Best Customer Service Organization finalist in the 2007 American Business Awards for its company-wide commitment to customer satisfaction.

Acclaimed as “the business world’s own Oscars” (New York Post , April 27, 2005), the American Business Awards is the only national, all-encompassing awards program honoring great performances in business.

More than 2,000 companies of all sizes and from most industries were submitted for consideration in over 40 categories. Sant is one of six finalists in the “Best Customer Service Organization – Computer Hardware and Software” category. Members of the Awards' Board of Distinguished Judges & Advisors and their staffs will select the award winners.

Sant’s customer satisfaction rating is 88 percent, an 8 percent increase over last year. Customers utilizing all four Sant Suite applications report a customer satisfaction rating of 95 percent. Customers with 25 or more licenses and utilizing professional services reported a customer satisfaction rating of 100 percent. These ratings were gathered from Sant’s annual customer satisfaction survey, completed by 136 companies across North America, Europe, and Australia.
