Sant Reports Impressive Results from Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey

Customers realize average productivity improvement of 41% and win rate increase of 24%

CINCINNATI; November 28, 2006... The Sant Corporation, a world leader in proposal and sales document automation software, today announces the results of its annual customer satisfaction survey. The research reveals that companies implementing Sant Suite software realized an average productivity improvement of 41 percent with a win rate increase of 24 percent. These increases correlate directly to Sant’s overall customer satisfaction rating growth of 8 percent over the last year.

The September 2006 survey was completed by 136 companies across North America, Europe, and Australia. All respondents are Sant customers and use one or more of the Sant Suite applications: ProposalMaster, RFPMaster, PresentationBuilder, and/or ProSearch. The survey results continually assist Sant in the development of products and services aligning with customer needs and requirements.

Customers improve productivity by reducing the time to create proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and related documents and increase win rates by delivering persuasive, client-focused sales documents. Sant Suite’s built-in best practices also assist users in creating sales documents with a greater win probability.

“Yankee Group’s research shows that the top goal for sales executives is to increase win rates,” said Sheryl Kingstone, Director of Enterprise Applications for Yankee Group. “To close deals more effectively, marketing and sales must work in tandem to develop easy to use solutions that enable sales representatives to effectively communicate the message and the value to customers.”

Sant’s overall customer satisfaction rating increased to 88 percent, and customers utilizing all four Sant Suite applications report a customer satisfaction rating of 95 percent. The survey also narrowed satisfaction responses to rate Sant Technical Support and found that the majority of customers are “very satisfied” in the following areas:

  • Issue resolution
  • Product knowledge
  • Follow-up
  • Professionalism
  • Quick response

Additionally, respondents reported several qualitative benefits from using Sant Suite. The most notable include:

  • Differentiate their offer from the competition
  • Incorporate a consistent look and feel throughout proposals and presentations
  • Improve the accuracy of content included in these documents
