Study Finds Win Rates Increase 25 Percent with Sant Software
Customer Survey Quantifies the Impact of Automating Sales Documents with Sant SuiteTM Software
CINCINNATI; November 29, 2005... The Sant Corporation, a world leader in proposal and sales document automation software, today announces the results of its global customer satisfaction survey. The August 2005 research reveals that companies implementing Sant Suite software realized an average productivity improvement of 37 percent with a win rate increase of 25 percent. The research also reveals data related to customer satisfaction, cross selling, technical support, and business outcomes.
The survey, representing 169 customers across six countries, was designed to measure customer satisfaction with The Sant Corporation and Sant Suite, their award-winning software application. These survey results assist Sant in the development of products, services, and programs to meet customer needs.
Respondents measuring productivity see improvements ranging from 20 to 80 percent with an average increase in user productivity of 37 percent. Respondents measuring win rate improvements experience increases of 10 to 60 percent. The average win rate improvement for the survey group is 25 percent. In addition to improving productivity and win rates, 32 percent of the companies surveyed said Sant Suite has greatly assisted them in cross selling other products and services to their customers. Overall, Sant’s customer satisfaction rating is 82 percent.
The survey identified the key outcomes businesses wanted to attain as a result of implementing Sant Suite. The majority of Sant’s customers are either “very satisfied” or “satisfied” with Sant Suite’s ability to deliver on the following outcomes:
- Improve productivity (save time writing proposals)
- Increase win rates
- Deliver accurate, consistent sales documents
- Differentiate from the competition
