Sant’s 2004 Financial Results Exceed Expectations
74% increase in revenue and record profitability contributed to Sant’s solid financial success

The Sant Corporation, a world leader in proposal and sales document automation software, today announced that 2004 revenue grew year-over-year by 74%. Sant’s 2004 results exceeded the prior year’s results in every quarter. Sant continues to remain profitable and fiscally sound. An increasing demand for Sant’s products and services was responsible for the exceptional growth.
Over 300 companies purchased Sant Suite software in 2004, including such industry leaders as: 3Com, Aliant, AXA Financial, Bank of Montreal, Brandywine Asset Management, British Telecom, Citicorp, Citizens Bank, Commerce Bancshares, EFW, EMC Documentum, First Data Corp, Lumenos, M&T Bank, McKesson, Modus Link, National City, Occam Networks, Provident Bank, SunTrust Bank, Sungard, Verisign, and Xerox.

Sant will launch the next generation of its software application, Sant SuiteTM 7.0, in March. This application will offer new capabilities requested by our customers. For example, end-users will be able to access Sant Suite without installing any software on their computer. Version 7.0 will support interfaces in multiple languages, store content in a SQL or Oracle database, and is LDAP compliant. This version will also allow companies to outsource the hosting of Sant Suite, therefore facilitating the possibility of a “managed service” platform.
